Sunday we were able to hear about 2 miracles that had happened...1 was a man has been healed from cancer...it has been a long hard road..but he stood on the word of God & now he can say I am CANCER FREE...the 2nd was a lady who went to the eye doctor & they told her she had melanoma..they were 99.9% sure that is what it was..so they sent her to a specialist...they did their test & they told her it was not...it was a freckle she had since was was a child...I believe God took the cancer & changed it to a freckle...We serve a great God
I am waiting to hear the 3rd miracle..God has told this lady she was getting a brand new organ...I was not able to talk to her..so I don't know what is wrong w/ her..But God knows & he is restoring her..Praise the Lord!!!
Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

He knoweth that he hath a short time
Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
I really enjoyed the services we had this weekend...Saturday nights service @ Uptown Church was great...even though the church is going through a great battle it has not stopped us...we are going around the Devil & moving into greater things w/ the Lord...Sunday morning Roy Neal Gabbard preached..It has been a while since I have heard him preach..I really enjoyed the word he brought...The scripture he used was Revelation 12:12...we truly do have a short time..Jesus will be returning very soon...we need to keep our focus on the work God has put before us.

Why Do We Forget
I just read this on another blog...We all need to make sure we are reading God's word everyday... Talk to God everyday...not just talking to him but listening as well
Save the Day
by Dizmas
Why do we seem to forget everything that God has told us and promised us, the minute our circumstances get overwhelming? It's as if the part of our brain that is focused on God suddenly switches off. This is one reason that we need to be immersed in God's Word and in communication with Him.
When that part of our brain switches off, it becomes harder to hear that still, small voice. The one that's whispering, "It's okay. I'm right here. I'm taking care of you. I'm in control." But if we have already grown used to hearing that voice and trusting it, it becomes easier to hear.
If you're not in the habit of reading the Bible or praying, make that part of today. Begin by reading about Jesus and getting to know him better. If you do it today, it will become easier to do it tomorrow. And soon you'll be able to hear his voice.
Isaiah 55:3
Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.
Seek the Lord while you can find him.
Call on him now while he is near.
